United Allergy Services offers an exciting clinical management and leadership position. The Account Manager leads a team of Clinical Allergy Specialists while managing a defined group of clinics that offer innovative treatment of allergy-related conditions. Account Managers are accountable for effective management of customer service, quality patient care and financial operations. In addition, they must possess the ability to build strong relationships and present the desired image of a world-class organization.
*Instill company’s RISE UP values, Respect, Integrity, Safety, Expertise, Unity and Positive Energy, in day-to-day operations to promote a professional and productive environment
*Manage all new, existing and relocating clinic implementations; oversee continuous operations of assigned clinics
*Participate in recruiting processes of Clinical Allergy Specialists
*Supervise, develop and mentor Clinical Allergy Specialists and all clinical environments
*Uphold high customer service delivery by developing an employee-to-patient culture
*Provide individual and team goals of group, consistently monitor and communicate overall performances
*Improve penetration within existing accounts; meet or exceed established operational metrics to achieve performance rewards
*Maintain audits, payment collections and assist in all financial activity of assigned clinics
*Collaborate with other departments regarding staffing, inventory, services and processes

*Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a BSN as a RN
*At least 3 years of operational or sales experience; with 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in healthcare
*Knowledge in Microsoft operating system; ability to learn database software
*Possess excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability and attention to detail; we are looking for outgoing, upbeat people to positively display our brand to employees, patients and partners
